The NICS Graduate Management Programme is a four year accelerated development programme.

We’re seeking capable and ambitious graduates and we’ll offer you the chance to realise your potential while taking on real responsibility and tackling some of the key issues facing Northern Ireland today.

 

 

The programme is designed to help you gain:

	Experience of a range of areas across the NICS, through a system of diverse and challenging placements.
	Capability by undertaking a mix of organised and self-directed learning, you’ll acquire the knowledge and skills you’ll need to succeed.
	Exposure to a range of senior staff, allowing you to build a strong network and to learn from others.
